We are a small hustle but want to offer big box store shipping convience. All orders shipped within the US are FREE. International orders are priced at estimated cost.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Since we are a small business and package everything by hand with care and extra goodies. It typically takes us 3-6 business days to put your package in the mail.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP?
We love to support USPS (non-corporate) as our primary shipping method.
IS THERE TRACKING?
If you have purchased over $30 dollars of products we will track your package. We keep a log of tracking numbers but don't send them to every person. If It's been over two weeks with in the US and you are wondering where your package is please reach out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we ship international. We love sending and receiving packages from all over the world. The key word to remember is paitence. It can take anywhere between weeks to months to receive an international package sometimes.
LOST PACKAGE, HELP?
Any orders over $30 should have a tracking number and we will do our best to help locate it for you. If package was delievered but you didn't not receive it, we are sorry but our small business can not replace the items for free.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER?
Sometimes we receive packages that are returned to use due to wrong address. If this happens we will be happy to remail the package with the cost of the additional shipping. Please be sure to check your shipping address during payment.
